Cybersecurity is a fundamental issue of our times that cuts across every aspect of our life, starting from early and reaching from home to work. As policy lags behind technology, there is an urgent need to bridge the gap between technology and law.

Bruce Schneier exposes the problem clearly and convincingly.
"The problem is that almost no policymakers are discussing [policy] from a technologically informed perspective, and very few technologists truly understand the policy contours of the debate.
